Mostly, we talk. I want to understand what's bringing you in and what you're hoping to get out of it. There’s no expectation to have everything clearly defined in that first session. We'll go at whatever pace feels right, and I'll be focused on making sure the space feels comfortable and safe from the start.

I'm an out-of-network provider. I can give you documentation to submit for potential reimbursement through your insurance plan. Many of my clients prefer private pay for the added privacy and flexibility it offers.
